"I did come with someone else," Erica replied idly, playing clueless, as if she were not making the comment to toy with him. "You probably don't know him, he's really pretty cute," she mused, sending a sidelong glance toward Stas, feeling her lips quirking into a faint smile.
"It's a shame you're wasting your whole night here with your good girl. Because we could have.. you know, made plans. We really need to catch up, I think."
Her eyes never left him, lips still smirking.

Erica heaved a dramatic sigh, still smiling all of the while, as she leaned slightly against Stas hand against her shoulder. It was slightly cool against the flushed skin; even if she hadn't been dancing much, just being in the crowd had warmed her up quite a bit. She felt restless. "I imagine that if there is one," she whispered, "you would be the one to know the location, don't you think?"
She glanced around briefly, to be sure they weren't being watched, and glad to confirm that they weren't. "But why do you ask, huh? Are you saying you want to skip out on the dance, Stas?"
