"See if you can distract Anastas's little girlfriend for me? I'm going to go speak to him tonight, and I need her definitely out of the picture." Emilie grinned, walking backward onto the dance floor with Quinn's hand still in hers.
Slowly, a smile spread across Quinn's face. Emilie had something up her sleeve for Anastas and that intrigued her, and she got to distract Sunny. Though, that grin became a little bit of a pout when Emilie specifically said she couldn't hurt her.
"Oh alright," Quinn said with a sigh as she let Emilie lead her towards the dance floor. "No maiming or physically hurting the rainbow."
"Public humiliation is not out of the question~" Emilie sing-songed. She was feeling almost scarily cheerful. It was hard to get proper retribution against Anastas, because he generally liked it when she tried to inflict pain. This would trump that, hopefully.
"Anyway, we don't want Stas to come running and save her, right?"
The pout almost immediately faded. Public humiliation was a more than acceptable alternative. Just not something that would prematurely ruin Emilie's plan.
"Right. As long as I can still have fun with her," Quinn nodded as her eyes took a momentary scan around them to see if either were nearby. Satisfied they weren't, she continued. "So this plan of yours... please tell me it will be something amazing."
"I've got something to make up for pretty much everything he's said to me for the past three months." Emilie pulled a gold ring out from her pocket, it was in a small plastic baggy-- lest she put it on by mistake.
"Well, not quite but almost." She eyed the crowd around them as well, sticking the ring in her pocket before anyone spotted them.
Emilie's voice dropped a little, lest someone overhear. "Madam Brigette tends to favor her loyal customers. She saved it for me specifically."
Her eyes went to the ring for the moment that Emilie showed it before it went into her pocket, wondering what sort of enchantment could be on it. Considering it looked like nothing but a gold ring, that had to have been the case.
Quinn's eyes raised at the mention of where it came from, and she smiled in understanding. "That she does. Reminds me I need to make a visit to her soon. Considering it's one of her pieces, I know it'll be good."
Emilie nodded and kept smiling. "It's just a pity I can't use it for something more powerful. Maybe next time, I suppose. I hear this ring has a sister."
She took Quinn's other hand, "But for now? I just want to dance."
Quinn shrugged. "Ah well. I'm sure he'll keep giving you plenty of reasons to go look for that thing's sister. Or worse."
There was no argument from her as Emilie took her other hand. She stepped in closer with a smile on her face. Clearly, she was in a good mood. "Yes, Mistress." It was something she'd been calling Em all day, and getting a good deal of amusement out of it.
