"Did you really just try to compare that game to reading, come on Tatum, really?" Sera snarked back.
"The greatest minds, the greatest discoveries, all the advances seen in both the muggle and wizarding world alike could not have been possible without knowledge, reading, education, these things are important Tatum, not world of whatever-you-call-it. Sera paused, taking a deep breathe from her long-winded spiel.
Not backing down, Sera now leaned on Tatum's desk beside her watching as she worked the paper tightening it between her fingers. "Oh I know its not new." Sera snapped back again, "I know you're a pothead." She mumbled a little under her breathe. She knew it wouldn't bother Tatum much anyway, she'd probably take it as a compliment. "I just didn't think you did it inside, like in your room. Dad or mom could just bust in at anytime, open window or not."

"Are you actually one of those idiots who believes that? Whatever the politicians tell you? The government? Newsflash, dude, Hilary Clinton isn't Jesus. People don't smoke pot and turn into cokeheads, it just doesn't happen like that. It's a myth. You're being a tool," Tatum replied sharply, spinning around in her chair. "It makes me feel better. I get.. a lot of headaches. And it helps me calm down. I barely even have panic sttacks anymore, I haven't taken any Paxil in like, forever. So leave it alone, or like.. whatever."
Watching as Sera flopped down onto the bed, Tatum frowned deeply. She felt sore from sleeping so awkwardly, and she had been intending maybe having a little proper nap after smoking. Not exactly possible with Sera sprawled out on the bed. "You have to leave if I say so, and I say if you're a bitch, you go."

"You didn't have to say it, I just know what you're like, and what your views are. You're like, The Man personified, dude. Come on," Tatum replied, eyes rolling. She was less worked up than Sera, but she was still getting irritated. It was a shame that her sister was one of the only people she ever lashed out at; it was like all of her tension from being the token wimp all year just manifested at once, and it was never pretty.
"I never said I was a doctor, but I plan to be, in case you forgot? And I, for one, will not be one of those doctors who condemns marijuana use. Particularly not medicinal marijuana. Hell, medical weed is even more potent than this! If the government prescribes stronger shit, don't tell me that half a gram of skunk is really going to hurt me," the redhead explained, fiddling with the joint still held in her hand.
Watching Sera get comfy, it was clear that she wasn't going to budge, and Tatum had no desire to pick her up and physically throw her out of the room. That had worked pretty well when they were kids, but they were bigger now, and besides.. even back then, she had needed Rath to help lifting her. Plus it always got them grounded.
"If you're not going, you've been fairly warned," Tatum sighed, standing up and going to her bedroom door. She gave it a shove, making sure it was shut, before turning the simple lock on the knob. It was easy to pick from out there, if you wanted to, but it had never been an issue. Only Sera had ever picked it. She moved over to the window, opening it wider, and lighting a stick on incense in the holder on her desk.
Flopping back into the chair, she put the joint between her lips, flicking her lighter and blazing up. "Last chance, smoke it or get out," she murmured.
