She didn't really know what to do now or how to make this any better for him, so she held him tight as he sobbed against her. At the very least she could be someone to turn to if he needed it.
How strange that they had become friends, weirder still that she was laying with him sobbing in her arms on Sam's bathroom floor. She squeezed him tighter and held back from speaking. She didn't have much useful to say and he didn't need to hear her half-assed advice.
