"Not nearly drunk enough." She muttered it into her cup as she took a drink. It was said with one of those 'you don't even want to know' tones of voice, a bit of irony thrown in as well. Rowan was never really one to get plastered at parties. She was a social drinker, not one of those who liked to just drink until they passed out. But now? After that experience? She wanted to be a giddy mess.

After the drink she looked up and smiled at Gael. "But I hope to fix that soon. Head on in, get a drink, join the crowd in having a good time. That's what I'm hoping to do at the bottom of this glass." She took a drag from the cigarette and exhaled slowly. "Sorry. I'm just in kind of a weird place right now. How was your holiday?"
