He groaned and clung to her, shaking his head against her once more. "Noo... He's gonna be even more miserable, and our family won't help anything at all, and everything suuuuuucks!"
He cuddled into her more, wrapping his arms around her waist and squeezing, burying his face in her lap. His drunk mind not thinking about the implications.
"It's noooooot though. Everything is gonna be horrible and it's all my fault. All of it, all my fault..."
At least by this point in the night, everyone was officially so trashed that the image of a guy burying his face in a girl's too-short of a dress's lap might not be that, well. Unexpected.
"No Gael, no it's not. C'mon..." What was she going to do with him, really? Take him home? Fat chance.
"It'll all get figured out in the morning. Honest." Not that she had any power over the situation, but maybe it would stop his pouting, even if only a little.
"Do you need a ride home or are you staying the night?"
"I promise." One last peck and she started looking through the overly-passed out crowd, attempting to remember which room that was even in.
On a more serious note on top of that, she didn't even know if it was possible to drunk floo, let alone if it was wise. "How about I drop you off on my way? Hrm?"
"You're the best, Ken." He smiled drunkenly up at her and - because of all the kisses she had given him tonight - leaned up and gave her a peck too. And then patted her shoulder.
"I'm waaaaaaaaaaay out of your way, though. S'okay, I'm good." He tried to stand up, only to fall back into the couch.
She had to laugh. Not in a mocking or amused tone- but one that said she was tired and he was sweet. Hopefully straight though. Serious issue if he isn't.
"You might not have heard Gael." She started, getting up to hoist him up as well. "But we have this thing called magic. I'm sure it'll be fine."
"Oh yeah," he said, with a childish grin. "Magic. But you know, I mean, it'll be all late and everything. I don't want you to get in trouble..." He let her pull him up, trying to help as best he could.
"I wont be the one showing up at home drunk G." Kenya replied, trying to situate herself under one of his shoulders, wrapping her free arm around his waist. God she hoped his girl or whatever didn't see this.
"Besides, I let my Nana know where I was. It's alright."
"Yeah? I'll keep that in mind the next time I'm wasted, alright?" Her heels weren't exactly aiding in getting him to the fireplace, but taking them off at this point just seemed ridiculous. "Don't fall on me now, alright?"
"Yeah, when you get drunk, just call me, mkay? I'll help you out." He nodded a little, slowly moving his feet along toward the general direction of the fireplace. "I won't fall, promise."
"You laugh now, but just you wait. One day someone is going to spike my soda and then it'll all be over for us both." She was still smiling when they finally got to the fireplace. Apparently more than one person got the idea that now might be the time to clear out, pre-cops and all. So while they waited as the three or so people in front of them popped out- Kenya propped him up against the wall.
