It was another dance that she attended alone, but Sibyl had to get credit for being there. Not that she was entirely sure she was going to bother staying for long. What happened at Sam's New Years Eve party was a clear reminder that any fun she could have could be ruined at the drop of a hat.

Then there was the addition of the fact she was alone at a Valentine's Day dance. Sure, there were plenty of other people there that were solo, but many were probably the type that could easily go out and have a good time. Sibyl was a little too shy for that.

So she did what any normal shy girl would do at a dance. She grabbed herself a cup of water and sat in a seat off to the side and began to people-watch.
