Leon sighed, long and vexed before he turned to looked back at Casey. Moving he wrapped an arm about the boy, and gave him a side long look.
"You have no idea," he commented, referring to Adelaide, but making no effort to be more clear. "Look, if you want to nail a girl, you can't been in a bookstore."
Which was not entirely true, but the boy didn't need to know that. Not when Leon's 'yell and run' plan seemed more like an excellent back up if he could just arrange Casey just right. "Take Adelaide for example. She likes a man who is smart, but also one that can give as well as receive. You understand what I mean?"
