Paint It Black (JSA)
It was a quiet night in New York City. People went about their business, rushing on the streets to get home, hailing taxis to get out of the brisk winter air. At the JSA Brownstone, all was well and good.

Then something happened. The sound of shattered glass could be heard shattering, and alarm klaxons blared. The team would soon find that Black Lanterns had arrived, and were closing in on the team of heroes.

Zans words stung. A lot. And when Power Girl made her move Will wasn't sure if he could fight back against two. He was unsure of himself until...

He didn't know if it was something the Wisdom told him, or an epiphany all his own. He may not be all that sure of himself, but he was given a gift. He was chosen.

"I may not be sure of myself, but you two were born with it. I earned it. I earned it."

Lightning begins to arc off of Will as he blocks the left hook. It took a lot to hold it back and it hurt, but hold it back Will did.

"And I intend to prove *why* I earned it," Will says as he returns the favor to Power Girl, tapping into all six of the providers of his powers as he prepares himself against both her and Zan.

	Power Girl is soon followed by Will. He knows his upbringing would normally frown on hitting women, but this is a woman who could toss a big rig around like it was a softball.
