The Seas of Chaos
Koryak stood near the new shoreline of Atlantis and looked out across the water. He was tired, they all were, but the rebuilding of Atlantis was coming along at a pace no one had expected. The Atlanteans were a resourceful people and rebuilding their homes and city wasn't just rebuilding the physical, it was rebuilding their sense of identity.

Koryak had watched his father and Queen Mera work as hard as every other citizen when it came to doing things, if not harder. Koryak was right there beside them working to do as much as he could. There were a few missing faces, most notably Cait and Cerdian's. Koryak didn't blame them. He thought it was unfair that Arthur was trying to force them to marry. He was proud his sister stood up to their father and she left to do her own thing.

Koryak turned back toward the city.

The water behind him erupted into spray and figures emerged and came up on the island.

Koryak turned to face the invaders. "Raise the alarm!" he yelled before he was attacked.

	Tidal came up out of the water on the other side of the island. Water swelled up out of the ocean with him and crashed into people and buildings. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Cait made sure her father was in good hands before she went after her next target. She pulled water in around her and sent water whips out toward Tidal. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He smiled nastily and let the water whips hit him. He took the lashing while the chaotic nature of his aura twisted the control holding the formed water. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Cait could only surmise that the guy was also a hydrokinetic and had taken control of her water whips. She would have to fight him in a different way. She grabbed a sword from a fallen Atlantean soldier and carefully approached Tidal. Her mind reached out into the depths of the ocean searching for the creature she needed. Tidal's aura snags on the surface of Kaotik's teleport spell, dropping her to the sand near the villain and the Titan. Luckily for her and the Atlanteans, her side-effect this time is to such the chaos right out of the water whips -- unluckily for her, this results in her getting completely soaked as the whips lose their coherency.

"UGH!" She shoves her hair out of her face, looking for someone to blame. "Aquagirl, it would be my pleasure to help you stomp this jerk!"

	"You couldn't handle everything I've got, creep!" One little spell and the sand itself reaches up to try and pull Tidal down. Kaotik hangs back as the sand beneath her feet melts into glass. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Kaotik can tell that something is going on with this guy, but she can't put her finger on exactly what. All she knows is that he...tickles, for lack of a better word. "You got a place that can hold this guy?" she asks Aquagirl, focusing on maintaining her spell in spite of the tickling. "'Cause I'd love to know what's making him tick!" (Reply to this)(Parent)
