Ho boy
Ash had been thinking this over since her talk with Michael. She didn't know what to do really. She knew what her feelings were and knew that now Michael was going to notice exactly how she felt about him.

She was worried it would ruin the friendship she also valued. She had done some digging (being a Princess has it's perks) and discovered a way to try and ease her own state of mind.

Cindy Lord. A friend of Micheal's. She knew this could get messy but decided that she would go with this plan.

And so she sent a message requesting a meeting with Cindy and making sure it was made clear she wished to discuss Michael. She would allow Cindy to set the time and place as Cindy would be doing her a favor.

Ash takes her seat then tries to decide how to explain herself. So she starts with the beginning and how they met. Poor Michael getting water dumped on him latter because well, his head had been on fire.

Then her deciding she had to make a formal apology. She can't stop that smile that flashes.

Then she flash forwards highlighting the giant crush and Michael just not noticing and that it had been perfectly okay because she thought she might spontaneously combust.

"And then it changed. Morgan le Fey attacked us while we were having lunch in New York. He must have heard me getting v-v-very over protective. I-I.... had a feeling she was going to kill him. I was not going to let that happen. And well er.... he figured it all out. Right then and there."

She'll let Cindy absorb that for a minute.

"Better than I expected," Ash admits with a dip of her head. "He said and I quote: God damn it, I'm dense."

There's more Ash is working up to it, she is obviously a shy person. "And he said he owed me a.... night out? I am under the impression he's treating it like I date unless I'm m-m-misinterpreting surfacer cultural nuances. M-My experiences are fairly limited."
