A Lazy Sunday (Open)
It was Sunday and that meant that Maria didn't have to work at Wayne Enterprises and she even had the day off from dancing. She would go out on patrol at night, but while the sun was up she didn't have much to do. Winter had hit Gotham in full force and the temperature was barely into double digits so Maria was in sweats, heavy socks and had her hands wrapped around a mug of hot chocolate.

She was curled up on the couch watching the football game. Her cell was handy just in case something came up.

	Having put his hot chocolate down Thomas laughs and dives backwards to the end of the couch where he uses one arm to hold her back and the other along with his height advantage to keep the marshmallow bag dangling out of her reach. He rolls his eyes a little, "Ah, well in my opinion I need to know as much about your sex life as you need to know about mine."

"I thought about it but...I thought I'd try something else," he shrugs awkwardly. "I probably would have done that at home but here...well I've got no claim on WE and he's got no obligation to me really. So I've kinda got to figure out some new life plans. Old ones are down the drain. He did make me apply to colleges though. That and take the damn SATs again..." The last part comes out as a grumble as he stacks more marshmallows into his cup.

Thomas flicks a marshmallow at her head in response.

"Packed schedule you've got. I went for an interview for a job at the zoo the other day. If I get it at least it's across the city from WE, so if there's an emergency we've got the city covered then. I know he'd get me a position but...it'd be too weird right now. Maybe next year when I'm more comfortable with it."
