Jay was in class; Ruth wasn't, and she found herself with nothing to do but worry about other people. Like Max, who'd barely set foot out of his lab lately. So Ruth went and got enough hotdogs for the both of them.

She knocked on the door of the lab.

	Max didn't even see how it happened. It shouldn't have been possible. However the machine fired up in a flash of light..yep, naked. Before he could cover himself, he noticed Ruth. Max tried very hard not to take some satisfaction in that fact. ..he failed, but got over it quick. "Okay, let's see." He slides his own chair over to another console while awkwardly holding himself and avoiding looking in Ruth's general direction. "I can set up things here so that I can detect all heat signatures in the Tower. I can guide you from here so you can avoid any embarrassing..encounters."

The heat source walking down the hall has problems of his own on his mind. How could he have had a... a SEX DREAM about someone other than Dinah? Let alone about CAIT? He hadn't run into her yet, but it was only a matter of time, and oh it was going to be so awkward....

It didn't help that he still reacted to remembering the dream like any energetic teenage male would. Through the yellow of his visor, what looks like an orange blush will be across his cheeks even.

Just as he would have gone around the corner, he turns sharply on his heel, pacing the other direction, trying to think of anything else.
