The security guard led the Titans into what looked like a conference room. When inside, he removed a cigarette and lit it up.

"First off, thanks for coming. Second, you're not going to like how little I can actually tell you. Before you fly off the handle it's because I literally don't know, not because of confidentiality crap."

	Realizing it wasn't going to escape, Kardiak attacked with renewed fury. It shot its tentacles out, swatting at incredible speed at both Ruth's dodging form and to crash against Cait's ice spears. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	This time the spears connected, though Kardiak refused to go down as the nanomachines started to repair its body. It was about to launch a new tentacle-barrage at Jay and Ruth when Dinah's EMP blast hit..and instantly all the nanomachines lost their power. Kardiak dropped like a stone with a resounding crash.
