"Let's go," Maria said to Thomas as she grabbed the keys to one of Bruce's cars. "We're going to be late."

	"As if Bruce doesn't have a nice car in here," Maria said. She didn't have a favorite and usually grabbed random keys when she wanted a car. She climbed in the driver's side and adjusted the mirrors. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Please, we know he has the best cars," he smirked and hopped into the passenger's seat. For once he didn't insist on driving, because then she was more likely to drive them back. She pulled out of the garage and hit the gas. Driving slow or sanely wasn't Maria. They sped over the roads leading into Gotham and once in the city Maria expertly drove them through the traffic. There were some shouts and rude gestures were sent their way, but Maria laughed at them all.

It didn't take long to pull into a parking garage not far from their destination.

He was just as bad about sane driving. Really, there was no fun in it, these shouting people clearly had never had a rush from a car chase before. Thomas laughs along with her at all the slow people and gestures back at one particularly angry one who was so pissed it looked like he'd turned red.

"So they going to zoom in around here or are we meeting them at wherever it is we're going?"

	Thomas shrugs. He doesn't know these people except from their files so he can't exactly tell how they'd get here. He stuffs his hands in his jacket and they walk arm in arm down the street. Though he wonders where exactly they're going. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	There's a rule about bat glaring in public. You're not supposed to. And he's really breaking it now with the way he glares daggers at Maria. "I am not singing," he hisses through his teeth at her as he digs in so she needs to almost drag him after her. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
