In America today is a day for being thankful for the things in people's lives. Today was a day to celebrate family, friends, prosperity and health with food, family and friends. It is a time to reflect on what is important us and to recognize the gratitude we hold for having those things in our lives.

	Tess was helping in the kitchen to the best of her ability. And trying to be nervous that Jay and Joan would be here. Most people would find this absurd, since the Garricks were... themselves, and they liked her just fine. But it was the principle of the thing. So at least the food was going to be perfect. 	Jon is capable of cooking, but isn't nearly as good at it as many of those gathered. As such, he settles for helping by making sure all the tables are set and everything is in readiness in the dining room. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
