Decking the Halls
The JLA has a tendency to go all out for the holiday - and the younger generation isn't an exception. Jon has been working much of the day to get the decorations up around the base. Which says a great deal about just how decorated it gets, considering he's been doing most of it at super speed, and is only now starting to slow down and get to the detail work, with the big stuff done.

	Alina thinks for a moment. "Train tracks would definitely be better than some of the other places I've ended up," she says, wrinkling her nose. "I'm just glad I haven't gotten a creepy church in awhile." She waggles the knotted string of lights at him. "Well, I have gotten more control over my magic," Alina says. "So a lot of the lower-level stuff has petered out. The big bads don't make regular attempts, and some of them may have even lost interest in me at this point."

She can only hope some of them have lost interest.

"Yeah, I guess if this was me, the bulbs would actually be merged into each other or something. Yay me, I guess."
