Super Bowl Party
Cindy was proud of the festivities she'd set up.

The game was projected onto one wall of the huge atrium the party was taking place in, with plenty of comfy seats facing it. It was only polite, after all.

More important was the food. Tables of chips, veggies, wings (with three different types of dressing), muffelettas (it's a New Orleans occasion this year. Thematic), and chili rolls. Cindy was especially proud of the chili rolls; there was one row marked 'Regular' and one row marked 'Queen' The latter row had a stack of pens and informed-consent waivers in front of it.

There was also a small end table full of party favors for everyone. In celebration of commerce, they were $10 gift cards, each for somewhere she thought fitting for the person the card was marked for.

Cindy likes parties.

	Steven grins. "No, no. Its totally ok. These are the types of questions you should be asking. Yeah, we have solid investing and a business plan. Part of any proceeds also go to charity, so she'd have an opportunity to help decide that too. Anyway... I'll let you approach her. "Okay," he nods at Cindy, now reassured. Before addressing Steven again, he taps his pen on the notepad and looks back down on what he's written. While this is useful info...it's not going to be what Pippi will be asking about. That much he knew. How could he go back to her with only base information like the name of the position and that she'd be working with people she knew as models? He suspected Pippi would have questions on what sort of shoot it was (no doubt the hair styling needed would change), what she'd have to work with (wardrobes and people and pets), and not to mention other hair and makeup related questions that he just couldn't answer with what he had (and perhaps considerations for her pets).

"What if...I signed it? The NDA I mean. Since I can't really say if she can do it or will be available for it right now with what I've got down. And I don't want to go to her unless I have a better idea of if it'd be possible for her to do it..." Because there was always the chance that it conflicted with something and Pippi might latch onto an idea. At least if he knew more he could prepare and navigate that? He hoped. Pippi was smart enough to know what she wanted though. "So umm...I'll sign it? And I'll only tell her the parts you told me just now and not the rest until she wants to sign? Since umm...it's better to be prepared and have an idea and all."

	Steven glances at Cindy a moment, then nods. Its Pippi... Harry having all the information is probably more valuable anyway. "Absolutely." he agrees, handing over the simple 2-page document. Harry takes the document in question and reads it over very carefully. Twice. And then a third quick review. Not because he thinks anyone is trying to pull something over him, but because these are Cindy Rules. And he'll respect Cindy rules and make sure he follows them properly, he wants there to be no doubt in his mind (though there will be double checking) that he's doing it right.

After that's done, he turns to use the snack table as a sturdy surface to neatly sign his name at the bottom and hands the document to Steven.

"Alright. We're producing a calendar and making of video focused on classic 'good girl' images. We have close to a dozen superheroines lined up who will be dressed in skimpier versions of their costumes... bikinis, essentially. They'll be posing for the months, but also taking part in interviews and film of them posing on location for the making of the calendar. All employees will get to select a charity or two that will receive a portion of proceeds, along with Tess Holt's neighborhood watch program. We'd like Pippi to work on the girls' hair, nails, makeup, and so on, and consult on the costume alterations."

"Okay, that sounds like something she'd be interested in." Given...Playboy and all. He was certainly okay with passing that subscription off to Cindy. "But umm, do you have any idea when you'd be doing most of the shooting? Or how long?" Pippi had class in September and a portfolio to start working on, it wouldn't be good to stretch her too thin. Actually... "Oh! Umm, she's in beauty school right now but if she signed on, would it be possible to use the work she does in her portfolio?" Always needed to ask permission for these things, plus that incentive balanced out the downside of minimum pay. Though he seriously doubted Pippi would be concerned too much over pay.

"She can put the work for Speedforce on her resume, and as soon as the video is released, she can add work from it to her portfolio, yes. She can add some of the promotional shots to her portfolio sooner, of course, but it would have to be limited to what's public currently... once we finish the hires, we'll have an aggressive shooting schedule. We should be finished by August so we have time for post production and print before next year's calendars start coming out in October."

More frantic note-taking from Harry now. He double checks to make sure he had it all down right. Good, the schedule would work with her schooling, the pictures could get into the portfolio October abouts, reasonable timing that'd work so far. "It sounds pretty good with what I've got for her schedule. Umm...might be an odd question but...what's your policy on pets on set?" Mr. Whiskers wouldn't cause any problems obviously, but he wanted to be sure that if for some reason she needed or wanted Mr. Hockey or...the unicorn (it still baffled him), that he knew what he had to work around.

	Its Pippi, he has some awareness there. "They're fine as long as they stay off the sets. When she's working, someone else will have to be present to take care of them if there is any chance at all of them needing anything or being in the way." I.E. Mr. Whiskers is fine. "That's good to know. I'll make sure she knows or have something ready as an alternative," he nods earnestly. These were considerations when dealing with Pippi. Though how one leashed a mini unicorn was certainly a question to consider...

"Umm, I guess one quick question. Will you guys be providing enough materials for her to work with or should she bring some of her own there?" Though Harry would likely bring some of her bags of stuff just in case she decided that using her own stuff was better/more convenient and such. Had to have a backup plan anyway, and Pippi knew a lot about this stuff, so if she was picky about what she'd be using he wanted to be prepared.

	"The costumes will be there, but for the other products, she's better stocked than we are and is more familiar with that. Plus, we don't need a lot of spare beauty products we're not going to use floating around. "That's reasonable," Harry nods and makes a note to track how much Pippi uses and mention it to her. "I think I'll leave the other questions to her if she's interested. If she is, could you send her a list of the models? I think she'd want that." Something about people having different hair and skin needs would come up and it'd be better to give her the prep material she needed. Plus, this way the list didn't go through his hands, because imagining these heroes in their bikinis really wasn't a mental image he needed right now. Playboy was already way over his threshold.
