Devony has no clue who her father is. Her mother never talked about him and Pam always got angry at the mention of 'father'.

Devony stopped asking and accepted the fact she did not need to know who her father is. Instead her mother and Pam played that role. She figured the Suicide Squad handlers wouldn't allow her to leave. So she would make due with what she could do, she made a card for both, bought them flowers and sent them out to them by special delivery.
