Speedforce Productions, Scene 1, Take 1
Steven has been counting the days. The paperwork is filed, listing himself as the primary owner of Speedforce Productions, Ltd., with Annie, Jai, Iris, Tess and Cindy as partners. They have the space rented for each of the shoots - this one on a private beach. Everyone among the superheroine crowd that was willing to sign an NDA was invited with an RSVP request so they knew how many swimsuits to design.

Pippi has her own space to handle hair, wardrobe and makeup for the models, with Harry along to help coordinate getting everyone in to see her as adjustments were needed. Jai has the task of helping with setup, extra cameras, following Jo Kent around to shoot interviews while Steven handles the main coordination, and whatever else needs gophering. Jo is their reporter, there to conduct interviews with the models about their neighborhoods, causes important to them, and whatever else they want to discuss to help introduce themselves to the greater universe who often doesn't get to interact with super heroes.

Aside from the main area of beach, there,s a large bin full of beach balls. Tons and tons of beach balls, all of them two or three-colored in the colors of the various super heroines who confirmed they'd be here.

"Alright, when people are ready... I know we had one organizational meeting. But I thought I'd use this opportunity to thank everyone for coming. We're going to do the biggest and most complicated shoot first, and start working out details of the others. We have tentative volunteers, but some of the schedules are still open, and we're very open to shooting in pairs.

Other than the shoot here, consider this a day on the beach, courtesy of Speedforce Productions. After the shoot, we'll bring down food and drinks... there's plenty of water over by Pippi's station in the meanwhile."

"Pippi Peppers is handling wardrobe, hair, and makeup for the project," Jo says. Her voice is warm and her cheeks aren't visibly so. She'll call this a win. "Pippi, do you have any particular opinions on working with superheroines in this capacity?"

Pippi accepts any fabric found - not too hard, since there's spare material and thread neatly laid out in separate boxes with each model's name on it to make sure its easy to find the right stuff. Even so, she has to check it very carefully to make sure she was supplied with an exact match. Otherwise, knowing Pippi, Jess might end up topless until there's a couple runs to the fabric store to get the right thing.

As soon as she has the right length of thread... well, there's a handy gym bag in reach to store things in! Even if it looks like she's rummaging around in Jess' 'top', in case this weren't awkward enough for the poor boys.

She faces the camera while doing the actual adjusting and sewing.

"I've loved everyone I've worked with so far. They're all so nice, and friendly and beautiful."

To avoid blushing or faltering, Jo asks herself 'What would Mom do?'

Unfortunately, 'have to hold back a few remarks' is included in that, but she manages. Just a few more fun questions to flesh out the general interviews. "Any thoughts on which crimefighting costume color schemes are the most well-suited?"

Pippi continues her deft work while she talks.

"Oh, it really just depends on purpose. Because Huntress' costume does really well portraying urban chic, Avia's costume has so many classic showmanship elements, and Annie Dibney's really suits her complexion and hair color - nicely matched. I'd love to do some more consulting work, maybe help out with some general design elements..." she pauses, reaching back into the bag. More rooting, and growing more perplexed.

Finally, she pulls the bag away from Jess and shoves it at Harry.

"I lost my spool of thread in there somewhere. Can you find it please."

Jess very carefully folds her arms to try and keep it decent. She doesn't want to make it too uncomfortable for everyone.

Too bad for Harry. The spool rolled under Jess's bra that is sitting up top of the rest of her clothing in the bag. This is just one big embarrassing whoops for him to be involved in.

Harry's there for the bag, and is truly beet red as the lack of gym bag exposes Jess and he very very quickly looks off to the side, and just nods in response to Pippi. Keep looking to the side, breath, look for the thread, look for the thread, do not look towards Jess. Nope.

Thread thread thread. He could do that. He probably couldn't get words out right now, but he could get thread.

Oh...bra on top. Harry very carefully lifts it up and grabs the thread to hand to Pippi, still blushing and trying to look anywhere but Jess and the bra in his hand. He's just going to let that down and back in the bag before returning it all to Jess with a mouthed 'Sorry' as he looked off to some less embarrassing point in the area. Not that Jess wasn't very pretty just that...okay he was just going to go find something to distract himself now.

Embarrassing whoops was an understatement for this experience.

"Well, everyone seems really looking forward to seeing the project through," Jo says, smoothly as possible.

"Oh, everyone here is very excited. Just look at people, you can tell." Pippi answers cheerily.
