Being Normal (open)
Life was settling down and Cait had gotten into a daily routine. She was up with the sun each morning and the first thing she did was go for a swim. Early mornings were the best time for swimming and the time of the day the ocean life was most chatty.

Cait always lost track of the time and always ended up hurrying into work.

After work she returned to Titans Tower and spent some time with Ty. Then it was time for another swim and then bed.

It was so normal. Cait loved it.

Today was a day off of work and she was in her room stretched out on the bed reading a book.

AJ nods and enters, marveling at the inside of the tower.

"Wow, much nicer than any of the caves I had to sleep in. So what's happened since I've been gone?"

"What hasn't happened would be easier to explain," Cait said as she shut the door behind him. "Well Ty and I moved out here after Mongul destroyed the apartment. Mongul showed up, took Ty and Cerdian. We went after him and had a big fight at his base. Rescued Ty, Cerdian and all of the parents that he had captured."

"I see. So, who's Mongul again? And whose parents did he capture?"

"Big baddie," she answered. "The Titans can probably answer that better. A lot of them, my father included. What brings you to the West Coast?"

"Well, I was just exploring the oceans and made my way here. I never realised just how big it all was. I stayed near land just so I wouldn't get too lost." AJ sighs deeply. "I still couldn't find my dad though."

"Maybe. My dad's lab was demolished when I found it, like a hurricane went through. I didn't find any bodies though. I guess the sea life might remember what happened. I'd appreciate any help, if you're not busy. It's a long swim back to the Caribbean."
