Washed Ashore (open to YJLA)
Koryak swam as fast as he could, which at this point wasn't very fast. He was covered in wounds from his escape from Poseidonis and blood was flowing freely. There had been shark attacks as he swam from Poseidonis. They had been drawn by the scent of blood in the water and they added more wounds to his body.

Koryak was weakening quickly, but he had to press on. He had to reach the Justice League. He had to reach Cait. She had to know what was going on in Atlantis.

Driven by purpose and running on sheer willpower, Koryak reached the surface. He crawled up on the beach and fell. Sand was rough against his skin and he lifted his head and looked at the buildings. Almost there, but he would not make it. Blackness closed in and his head fell. A prince of Atlantis lay on the beach bleeding.

Later the YJLA would get a call from local law enforcement.

"Yes." Cait nodded as she lunged for the door. "By Poseidon's beard he has to be alright. He can't...." She stopped that thought right there. Koryak would be alright. Koryak was strong and could handle this.

She had to get in there. Now.

She grabbed the handle on the door and yanked it open.

"Miss you can't go in there!" a nurse called to her and started rushing toward her.

	"I. Have. To. Get. In. There!" she growled and grabbed AJ. She turned and threw him against the far wall. The water cooler at the nurses' station down the hall started to shake as well as the various cups of liquid the nurses had. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Cindy's words and voice made Cait pause. She shook her head as if trying to shake off the effects of Cindy's abilities. The water in the surrounding area calmed a bit. "He's my brother. I have to go in and see him," Cait pleaded. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Cait barely has a hold of herself, but she is thinking jut a little more rationally. "Can you two distract the nurses while I slip in? I may be able to contact him telepathically." The thought of using telepathy wasn't a good one and it was something Cait hated using, but it could be the only way to reach her brother. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
