Dinner with Ty's Mom
Don't be nervous Cait told Ty (and herself) and reassuringly squeezed his hand as they entered the restaurant. Cait was a little nervous, but she had to push it back and be Ty's anchor. She reminded herself it wasn't as bad as court functions in Atlantis. Those were horrible and unbearable. She knew Ty's mom wasn't horrible and time with her wouldn't be unbearable.

It could always be worse, she told herself.

She put on a smile and walked in with Ty.

	He nods. "I hope so. I know I'm not ready yet... I need Cait around to do a lot of things safely still, but at least that's something. And I know you'll make head nurse soon... after all, Mrs. Winters looked like she was in her eighties back when you started, judging by the staff pictures. She's bound to retire someday soon." 	Well, considering how things fell out last time he saw his mother, he's surprised this is going so well, though a lot of it was probably just nervousness on his part. He lets the girls talk for a while, contributing to the small talk here and there, finally starting to settle into this without worrying about some new disaster. (Reply to this)(Parent)
