Dionysos, God of Debauchery, had to get that choosing an Avatar thing done, didn't he?  Well here was his candidate right here. He appeared right behind him.  "Eli Coyne?"

And Eli flips from mopey to angry, his eyes flashing. "All right. Sure."

Then you can deal with the fact that Eli will fail miserably.

There's a "Whumph!" as Eli topples over, the divine energies being rather rush like.

He stares up but not really seeing anything. "Wow.... that's .... just... wow..."
