This time its almost expected.

Just like their first mission last time, the Exiles show up in their first mission together 30' off the ground and falling. Sarah catches herself, switching to hover, and grabs for the nearest non-flyer, reaching automatically for her shield with the other hand.

The land beneath is parched, packed Earth, not much cooler than the desert they just left. The terrain all around is scrub, with some hardy trees and brush providing some cover and shade to the east, and otherwise a lot of nothing in most directions. Definitely nothing in the way of civilization.

	A massive foot comes crashing down with thunderous force in the midst of the Exiles just after Electro's first assault, sending anyone on the ground scattering. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Clarice blinked above and behind Stilt-Man before the shock wave hit her. She pulled out her javelins and jumped on top of him, ready to slam down the shards into his back. No witty comments this time. She wasn't in the mood. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Stilt-Man focuses his sensors on the spot where she was. "I've lost my target, she's... hey, wait.." He swings an arm upward, trying to snag the mutant off his head. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Stilt-Man has fought Daredevil and Spider-Man, so he's not at a complete loss for fighting quick, agile heroes. Of course, he's also a villain in a powersuit who has lost to Daredevil, so his record there isn't exactly brilliant either.

He's reaching back, trying to snag her when the shard hits something in the systems. "Get away from there!" he shouts, before hitting the button to rapidly extend the legs, firing the main body upward, then coming to an abrupt halt, trying to send her flying off.

	And it worked. Blink yelped and tumbled back onto the ground though she quickly sprang back onto her feet. "Alright, so you do know how to walk on those feet." She threw a shard at him. Time to see how fast he could move. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He's reasonably quick, but not near what she is. He manages to evade it hitting his main body, but it still scrapes the suit's shoulder, throwing his balance off. Managing to catch himself, one foot lifts, then slams down towards her at high speed. "You're going to pay for the damage you're causing. I'll squash you like a bug!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He's turning at the sound of her voice before his sensors have picked her back up, and once again almost loses his balance. Apparently one of her hits has damaged a gyro somewhere or the like. Another foot comes up, and comes slamming down at her again as soon as he finds his balance. "Damn you, hold still." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The foot slams down where she was, raising a dust cloud, only slowing his ability to re-locate her. Still off-balance, leg extended, he tries to spin again, hearing but not seeing the teleporter, starting to twist the legs up, looking even more awkward than before. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The shard jams in and the leg bows, not untwisting the way he wants. He tries to force it, trying to get enough balance to slam a foot down on her.Instead, the gyros on the back to maintain balance start smoking from the spot she jammed the shard in earlier, and Stilt-Man creaks, waving his arms frantically, then falls.
