Just a Misunderstanding
Teleporting was always disconcerting and disorientating. One moment they were in Oklahoma and the next they were in New York City right outside of the Avengers mansion.

Tryggvi reared and pawed at the air. Svalin put a hand on his neck and tried to calm him down. "Easy! Calm down Tryggvi! Please."

A second after their arrival the alarm started sounding.

	Unprepared for the technology of mortals and equally amazed that one would actually dare to try and strike out at her, Asleif grunts under the force of the repulsor blast, briefly dropping to one knee. 	Anya hadn't been expecting blasts of energy, but she was able to avoid them easily enough. Many hours in the training room was paying off. She let another blast of repulsors loose toward the woman. 	"Mortal, do not presume to demand anything of a goddess of Asgard," Asleif snarled. She threw up a mystical shield, deflecting the repulsor bolts. "Elements of Midgard... heed my will!" 	Her armor could handle the cold and the winds for now. It wasn't an arctic model, but it could handle the cold that was currently being thrown at it. She watched her repulsor blasts be deflected and she decided to change tactics. Anya aimed for the ground under the woman's feet and unleashed another round of repulsor blasts. 	Anya had faith in her suit's ability to absorb the lightning and protect her from it. She held onto the woman letting the lightning hit her as well. When it finally dissipated, Anya threw a right at the woman. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Anya figured that was about as close as the woman was going to get to being nice. A warning buzz sounded in her ear and she ignored it. There would be time to check the suit's systems later. The electricity probably messed some things up. At least it hadn't reached her or her nanites might have been fried...again.

"The daughters and son of Thor are welcomed here. If you would have identified yourselves when we first asked we could have avoided hostilities."
