	Sammy grinned, wiping blood off her mouth. A second later, to Hype, Sammy had the woman face down on the ground and hands cuffed behind her back. She bent close enough to be heard. Sammy isn't the only time manipulator in the field, and they had even planned for this.

Sammy's use of her power lets Failsafe set up a time bubble - to Hype, it seems like she's freed from the handcuffs, given a few moments to recover herself, and then let go.

To everyone else, including Sammy, who is used to the effects of her powers being to her benefits, it seems like Hype is suddenly behind her and the cuffs are on the ground.

	Hype grinned. She'd have to thank Failsafe for that later. She's fast...but not that fast. "Good thing I'm fast," Hype said from behind Sammy. She went to grab the other girl by the hair, to slam her head into the ground-hard and fast. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Hype speaking first gave Sammy a split second to react to the sudden change in their fight. She reached over her head, twisting to grab at Hype as her hair was yanked by the other woman. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Off balanced as she was, it didn't take much of a drag for Sammy to lose her footing and fall. Her grip loosened and Hype was gone. (Reply to this)(Parent)
