Hell is a personal thing
There's some inborn sense telling her where to go, and she rides like she's never ridden before. Fully possessed, truly angry, and driven for revenge. Nick is back there keeping up with her, but as she cracks her 21st demon head and crashes through another set of gates leading down to Mephesto's deepest dungeons.

Most of what she picked up in church and reading the Bible was right. There was a lake of fire and souls suffering up demon rules, but this level is something else all together. This is where the Devil puts thought into tormenting the people that really pissed him off. These structures are meant not to torment so much as break and humiliate. One woman screams as she is gang raped over and over again. A proud man is surrounded by faces laughing at him, belittling everything he ever stood for. Another is kept with demon-pigs and forced to eat from a trough. Over and over, people - good people - are made to suffer. Both demon and rider snarl and press forward until they reach a strange quiet place in the middle of this insane place. A house - one of those big, fancy rich places looms in the distance like something from a late night movie. that's when she finally pulls over.

"Ah don't know how ah know," she says to Nick. "But Johnny's in there."

Gates crash closed behind them.

	No point in subtle anymore. "Hey Nick!" She hollers. "Quit kiss'n them boys and knock 'em flat. We got gates to knock through!" And she'll be doing them as the Rider. Johnny watches as flames appear from Roxanne's skull and a demon emerges ready to torment those in Hell it once was subservient to. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Nick was struggling, but they were here for a purpose, and he's going to see it through. As it is, he barely hears her. When he does, there's a burst of flames, and a skeletal figure fights his way out of the mass of demonflesh, and from another direction, a terrible cycle answers with a hellish growl. "We ride?" 	Hell itself shutters at the thought of two of them as they blast their way to her bike. She pus Johnny in the bitch seat and hauls ass towards the gates at full throttle, hammer first. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He picks up speed. Despite the howl of the engine, he knows how to make himself heard. "Gates are closin' fast, this is gonna be close... an' we got company if we don't make it." Behind them, there's quite the horde gathering. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Roxanne guns the engines and races as if her whole existence depended on this single moment. Because it does. As she scrapes through she smashes the gate with her hammer, Shattering both it and her hammer. Without looking she guns it for the border with New Orleans. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

He wasn't going to make it. As they drove, Nicholas intentionally fell behind to hold off the demons with a swinging spiked chain and hellfire... Why? He knows he's doomed... the thought Johnny might not be, somehow, someone can escape? He needs that more than he needed to not be damned.

And then the gates are broken... that shouldn't be possible, it shouldn't.

but it is.

Just outside the gates, he stops, casting back a massive wave of hellfire, driving the hordes back, at least momentarily as the sorcerous power of the Harkness line and his marks of damnation combine to power the burst.

Hearing the screams of hell behind him, he guns the engine, and heads for New Orleans.
