Particularly with the extra help, Vernique didn't take long to whip up some properly local fashion. Once everyone was outfitted who needed to be, she preened a bit -- that was just unavoidable. "Well, now that everyone looks acceptably fantastic: off to town to look for signs of Kang Was Here?"

Eli smiled at Svalin. "Please, Goddess, feel free to call me Eli or Eliosha, as we will all be getting to know each other. I will see that your horse blends in with the rest of us." he tells her.

His focus shifts and Svalin's mount looks a bit more like a pack-horse, rather than a war-mount.

Eli then smiles at Vernique, a bit wider than his smile at Svalin. "I take no offense, Vernique; you do not know me well enough to know my limits.

I hope you and I will have opportunity to change our familiarity with each other." he tells her.

Svalin nodded. "Thank thee Eli. We best get going. Night wilt fall soon enow and wouldst not be wise to be out in the open."

Iason hovers for so long as they're not being watched. Its quicker and easier, and lets him serve as advance scout some.
