You say it's your birthday...
Through clever research (also known as sneaking a quick pick at her i.d card when she wasn't looking), Lyta had found out that it was Irina's birthday. While it wasn't thirty, twenty-nine was still a pretty big reason to celebrate. Lyta'd bought her a new pair of brand-new, top of the line throwing knives, and fully intended on taking her out drinking with anyone that wished to join them. It was all on her.

Small box containing the knives in hand, Lyta knocked on Irina's door.

One by one Irina accepted the gifts. "Thank you all so much. I truly didn't expect this. You are all too kind, my friends. These are excellent gifts and much appreciated." She always needed new knives and she hadn't had cold root soup in ages. Who could say no to godly wine?

She smiled at Argo. "I will definitely keep that in mind."

"How about we all go out to dinner? If you all insist on helping me celebrate my birthday, then we must celebrate."

Harmony still wasn't certain of her place, if she had one, or what the situation was precisely but she'd heard mention of a birthday and given that they'd helped her out when she was a click away from becoming a stain on the sidewalk she decided that the least she could do was bring a gift in a show of appreciation and gratitude.

She knocked on the door frame (everyone else was already in and socializing).

"Hi. Sorry to disrupt, only here for a minute...just wanted to drop off this. Happy birthday. And thank you."

The small flat package contained a cd of Russian music and an iTunes gift card. She sat it down on whatever surface was available.
