To finish panicking and regroup
The quiet, isolated little spot was a rather sickly lavender color, and a slight feeling of light-headed fear hung in the air.

'Just in case they said anything to all of you," Mel whispered. "My dad's not a terrorist. Anything they said about my grandfather is true, but not my dad." For some reason, it was very important to her to say this.

"I'll try to make enough for you to dunk yourself as soon as my strength's back up." Mason reassures Marrina, before wobbling to his feet and working on digging out a firepit. The rocks he collects in the process get put aside to be used as fuel.

"I've got some good ignition material here. We just need wood or cloth or something to burn." He looks himself over. "Sorry I already used up my shirt in the escape."
