Checking on the home team
Commander Fontaine, Deputy Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., made the rounds when the special ops team came back in. After their last disastrous outing, she wanted to make sure they were still in one cohesive piece. The reports had been favorable.

She hadn't met the newest member yet, though she knew the contents of his file. She'd been the one to have it sent to Sammy for consideration. Her little gun nut, and Walker and Dugan, could always use someone with the ability to build a better gun.

Sammy's report had been terse but informative. The others' a little more informative. Landon was next on her list.

Sammy has her own wounds to deal with, head first as usual.

"Jake was put into Leavenworth for safe keeping, and you were attached to a special ops team of enhanced agents. S.H.I.E.L.D. is up to a lot that I should have been told so we could expect this. Since they don't me something, I won't tell them something. Now, I get dressed and we get moving."

She rose from the chair, leaving her phone/PDA by her mug. "I'll be right back. And Tech? If I ever hear you say 'your team' in that tone of voice again, I will not be responsible for my actions. It's your team as well and we will look out for each other. Understand?"

	"That's not a problem. Actually, I'd like to do that before anyone goes in. Michael probably won't let on about the warehouses if they try to take him today." Tech says, getting up from the table. 	Sammy smiled, quick and bright. Tech had gifted her with a mission that held all the promise of kicking somebody's ass before the day was out, and that made her happy. "I'm not going out like this. 	"Oh damn. And Ah was hopin' to see more leg." Tech says nonchalantly. Then his eyebrows raise in shock at the fact that he'd just spoken his thought aloud.
