Checking on the home team
Commander Fontaine, Deputy Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., made the rounds when the special ops team came back in. After their last disastrous outing, she wanted to make sure they were still in one cohesive piece. The reports had been favorable.

She hadn't met the newest member yet, though she knew the contents of his file. She'd been the one to have it sent to Sammy for consideration. Her little gun nut, and Walker and Dugan, could always use someone with the ability to build a better gun.

Sammy's report had been terse but informative. The others' a little more informative. Landon was next on her list.

Sammy eased into the cool water and shivered. Clearing the air between them left her free to have fun without worrying over any expectations. Fun hadn't been a part of her life in recent months. It was time to take it back, even if she had to dunk the Mad Scientist!

"Once again /you/ have underestimated me." She flicked water in his direction. "And overestimating yourself."

	Sammy giggled nervously when Jason disappeared under water. It was almost like wearing a blindfold in the dark, waiting for something to happen. "I'm glad you asked...because I was going to ask you if I could sleep on the other side of your bed tonight, otherwise. Either way, I'd rather listen to you not sleep while I fall asleep than silence." Jason says.

"Besides, if we're both in bed when your massage coma kicks in, I won't have to try to scoop you up and carry you upstairs. I wouldn't mind, but my ribs might oppose the idea." Jason smiles.

"Home it is, followed by a massage. I think it's time we turned the tables Agent Fury. I relinquish myself into your custody, but I refuse to talk about my employer or my agenda.

Mad Scientist will not be used to help S.H.I.E.L.D's agenda and that is final." he says with an air of defiance, which is undermined by the grin on his face.

He begins swimming to the shore to get out and get their towels.
