Hand Over the Alien
It started out as a normal day in Southern California, but it didn't stay normal. A convoy of tanks and military transports rolled down Palos Verdes Drive and stopped outside of 1800. They spread out along the road in front of the main building of the compound.

General Stihl climbed out of the transport and four heavily armed soldiers flanked him. He walked up to the gate and pressed the buzzer.

	Andy returns with his sword just in time to hear something about an alien. "Well there you have it. It's a misunderstanding. There's just us gods, demi-gods and good-looking bookworms here." "Okay, now this guy is just being belligerent. He hasn't shown a warrant or probable cause for entry, and he's threatening to kick the gate in and come in." Andy says, not liking the direction this is going.

If they want a fight, Andy, they ain't goin' home until they get one, or until they get more of a fight than they thought. Titan says in his mind.

"Okay, I'm going out there to tell them not to come in here." Andy says.

"Supposing, for a moment, that there /was/ an alien here...he's a sentient being and you're detaining him by force. That's a crime in at /least/ four or five countries I can think of outright. This being one of them." Andy says.

"Furthermore, you've produced no legal paperwork stating that you have justification to even come here and conduct a search. You brought tanks and weapons to a place where known gods and humans congregate.

You realize that you are starting a war with at least three different pantheons with your actions alone, General? Ordering your men to storm in here by force could result in dire consequences for the people you're sworn to protect." Andy tells him.

Of course, Zeus probably wouldn't lift a finger if something happened to Andy.

Mom, Dad and Argo, however, would kill someone.

	Andy's head turns in Sydney's direction at the mention of the Hulk. They'd seen him recently? "Well, keeping them corralled isn't right, General. But the fact still remains that we don't have an alien here." he says. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
