There was a flash of light amidst the explosions and the loud sound of gunfire. The Avengers arrived in what was literally a war zone.

Tanks rolled across the land and fired with resounding booms and soldiers exchanged gunfire from trenches on both sides. There was a loud shout and a man in red, white and blue led a small group of brightly costumed people across the battlefield.

On the other side a man with a purple hood watched the battle and next to him was a man with a monocle.

Iason is good, but Namor is, well, Namor. The next blast misses, and Iason nearly hits the ground from the impact of the charge. Resolving himself that this is finally going to be a real fight, and he's not going to just talk his way out of it, he begins channeling more energy into his strength, firing a more powerful blast to try and distract Namor before the eternal rushes right at him.

	Namor decides immediately that he's got keep this being at close range if he's going to be victorious. The next blast narrowly misses him, but forces Namor to divert his straight line path to Iason. This gives Iason the seconds he needs to slam into Namor, who tries to knee the young man in the stomach to take some of the wind out of his sails. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The blow connects, driving Namor back a step, but he quickly tries to counter with a headbutt to Iason's face. "You /say/ you do not wish to fight, yet you would have attacked my ally from behind. 	Iason pauses... well, the Captain ought to be more reasonable than Namor. "Very well, I stand down. Take me to the Captain." he agrees, powering down the glow of cosmic energy. (Reply to this)(Parent)
