There was a flash of light amidst the explosions and the loud sound of gunfire. The Avengers arrived in what was literally a war zone.

Tanks rolled across the land and fired with resounding booms and soldiers exchanged gunfire from trenches on both sides. There was a loud shout and a man in red, white and blue led a small group of brightly costumed people across the battlefield.

On the other side a man with a purple hood watched the battle and next to him was a man with a monocle.

	Von Strucker got hit by the stun blast and staggered back a few steps. The pain went through him and he could feel parts going numb. Zemo was right. It was time to get out of there. He turned to go with Zemo. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Svalin finished with the tank she was standing on and went to the next one. Slicing one open took too long. She sheathed her sword and ran to the next one. It was lifted off the ground with relative ease and tossed it into another tank. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"These soldiers are beginning to try my patience." Eli says, watching men fall and others scrambling past them to engage the newcomers.

If he were his father's son, he wouldn't hesitate to make an example of any one-hundred or so of these men in order to teach the others the folly of challenging an Eternal. Luckily, he is not like Druig of Nightmares.

He extends his hands and instead of attacking the soldiers with his telekinesis, he rips open a trench in the ground for several of them to go spilling into as they rush forward.
