There was a flash of light amidst the explosions and the loud sound of gunfire. The Avengers arrived in what was literally a war zone.

Tanks rolled across the land and fired with resounding booms and soldiers exchanged gunfire from trenches on both sides. There was a loud shout and a man in red, white and blue led a small group of brightly costumed people across the battlefield.

On the other side a man with a purple hood watched the battle and next to him was a man with a monocle.

	They were taken back to Base Ops and shown to tents. They were given a chance to clean up with a shower and given a clean set of BDUs if they wanted. Food was sent in and then they were summoned to the command tent. A table and chair was set up inside the tent and Cap, Namor, Union Jack, Spitfire and the Human Torch were there. 	Cleaning up wasn't high on Svalin's priority list, but she did it anyway. Her sword was clean and the blood had been washed off her skin. Her clothes and armor were still blood stained, but she could live with it. She sat at the table. The mortals looked nervous when she stood among them. Eli decides to be a little daring and tries on some of these "BDU's". When he learns what the acronym stands for, he is a little confused. The clothing doesn't offer much in the way of protection. It takes some explanation from a soldier, along with an explanation of all the gear they carry for the information to sink through.

However, Eli does see a fashionable component to the gear that he might consider later on.

After he's showered and dressed, he arrives and joins the rest of the group, nodding to Ryan and Svalin and favoring Vernique with a smile.

	Captain America was sitting at the table waiting for everyone to get there before they started. The strangers seems like they were here to help and he wasn’t going to turn down help if it meant ending the war faster. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Baron Zemo and his people expect you all to attack him, but he has not prepared for /us/." Eli says, indicating his friends.

"Maybe we can provide the element of surprise necessary to ensure your victory, Captain America."

Ryan thinks for moment before says, “If you really need someone else for helping taking down the big machine I could probably help. Just give me a sniper rifle and I can keep people off your backs and shoot for weak spots on the machine from a distance.”

He might not be the best sniper but his dad had taught him a few things so be wasn’t bad and won’t be a problem for them.
