New Year's Battle Over New York
The New Year was a time for sending out the old year and ringing in the new. It was always a time of partying and celebrating. This year it was time for a battle. The time and dimensionally displaced Avengers along with their possible future kids got ready for a battle with Kang and his forces.

The sun was just coming up over the city and on the new year.

	Miranda continues simultaneously announce the trajectories of about-to-emerge Kangbots to her associates and noting the results of Iason's little experiments. She also know all the splinters of the green material are going to need to be gathered later. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The Kangbots exploded from the missiles and another was decapitated. Another figure came out of the fortress and appeared on a flying platform above the fortress. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Kang came out of his fortress to observe the battle. He was on one of his flying platforms. His Kangbots kept firing but the Avengers, plus some, appeared to be holding their own. "Foolish Avengers! You cannot hope to defeat me!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Iason flies up towards Kang, glowing brightly. He knows Kang has the means to counter him, but he can at least be a big, shiny distraction. He fires a couple blasts at Kang's force field. 	"You have no hope of beating me no matter how many you have," Kang said and let the force field absorb all of the enemy's attacks. "Your defeat is inevitable." Kang brought his hands up and unleashed a blast of energy at the Eternal and the armored figure. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Iason knows Kang's shields are designed to siphon his energy, just like the first fight - so he takes a different tactic. Playing human shield for the others, he starts a strafe of heat beams right in front of Charlie, and cuts an open row for the son of Captain America leading to Kang to make sure no Kangbots get in the way of him leading the charge. 	Veronica will play a lineman of sorts, making sure that her cousin's gambit works to its fullest by attacking any Kangbots who get too close to Mr. Rogers before they can stop him from getting to Kang. (Reply to this)(Parent)
