Angelo had done some preparation for this. He knew that he and his sister had divergent views on the group occupying his thoughts, but he was confident they could approach the situation like rational adults. Of course, he wasn't above cheating, just a little bit. The jug of homemade cider he'd buried in the neighborhood garden had finally been dug up after fermenting long enough, and some was currently on the stove with butter and cooking brandy milling in it. He'd also just finished dusting some krapfen with powdered sugar as he approached his sister, who was going over his latest home-school exam.

"Gio?" He set down a plate of Italian pastry and cider in front of her. "There was something I wanted to confer with you about."

Angelo nearly rolls his eyes, and as it is, his head bobs briefly from side to side. "Yes, yes, I'm aware of how unfortunate Mister Hall's judgment was in that situation. It's important not to dwell on shortcomings."

He seats himself across from her. "It's not that sort of goodwill visit, in any case. I simply want to compliment them on their efforts, and their establishment of themselves as positive role models. Especially their continued efforts in light of their own misunderstanding with their government." He knows better than to start debating her 'captivity' choice of words.

"I'd just like to stop by with a few tokens of respect and exchange pleasantries."

	Angelo nods. "Of course. On that note, I'm going to get started on dinner. I'm making pot pie. If you're not terribly busy after grading, I could use some help washing and dicing vegetables." 	Alex had been the one to get the message over the intercom. "Someone will be right out," he said. He stepped outside and shifted into a falcon and flew down to the gate. 	Alex didn't know hot to handle this. He wasn't the one to really deal with the public. He usually let Jordan deal with it, or even Mel. With everything that has been going on, he was apt to err on the side of caution. "If you'll give me your name I can talk to the team and arrange a meeting if they're okay with it."
