After some food and more socializing, Luna made due on her promise to show Eli the library. She led him through the halls of Avengers Mansion, until they reached the library.

"This," said Luna, "This is were I spend a large majority of my time. I can often be found here. ...I have considered moving my bed here, sometimes. But I don't know if that would go over well with the rest of the team." She blushed. "Sorry...you wanted me to help you find books on vampires?"

	Eli found the image of Luna skiing on the Bunny Slope to be somewhat endearing and couldn't help but chuckle a little bit. He was glad she could carry a conversation. "I prefer colder climates, myself. Weather is not truly an issue for me, but I do enjoy the cold. Many Eternals do." he says. "What else did you and Aine see in Europe, if I may ask?" "I always have to bundle up in several layers when I go out in the cold," Luna said. "My cousin Jeff tells me that I always look like an over-sized snowman, when I do."

"We started out in Portugal, in Lisbon," she said. "From there we went to Spain, then France, then Germany, then Switzerland, then Austria, and then Italy. We tried to spend a decent amount of time in each country, so we could see what we wanted to, but I think we spent the most time in Italy. I loved just about everything about it. The art, the culture, the food, the wine..."

"Good food and wine are always important." Eli nods. He used to think the human infatuation with food was silly until he'd had his first cup of coffee. Now, while he didn't need to eat, he found he enjoyed the act of doing so.

And alcohol was good, even if the secondary effects were lost upon him.

"I am sure you and Aine had no end of Italian men wanting to bask in your company." Eli says, looking at another book on a higher shelf. He extends his hand slightly, and the book frees itself from the shelf and drifts down to him, seemingly of its own accord.

	"Yes, they are," Luna said, as she ran her fingers along the spines of a row of books. "I am not one to drink a lot of alcohol, but I do enjoy a nice glass of wine." "I find that I enjoy vodka more than any other drink. You can put vodka in anything. Then again, as I cannot become inebriated, I think my perception is somewhat biased." he says. Luna took off her sunglass, smiling at him.

"You are not prying at all, Eli," she said, once she saw that he was worrying that he was.

"To answer your question, the reason that I wear sunglasses is because I have the abilities to see emotions, as part of my empathic abilities. The different colors can be a little too much for my eyes to handle at times, so I tend to wear sunglasses when I am in public, or around people I don't really know."

The room goes dead silent for a full minute as Eli stares at Luna. He's never heard of the gift she's speaking of, but it intrigues him a great deal.

"So...you can tell how someone is feeling by looking at them? I have never heard of this, but it sounds like an amazing gift." Eli says.

"I am sorry that it causes you distraction to the end you must wear sunglasses, though. Your eyes are very pretty." he says, genuinely.

"What color do I appear to be to you, if I may ask?" he asks.

"I can," she said. "The Inhumans gain their powers by exposure to the Terrigen Mists. When I was nine, there was a conflict on the Attilan with a member of the Royal Family who...lost his way. I was tossed into the Terrigen Mists, and as a result, developed my aura seeing abilities, along with the rest of my empathic abilities. It has its...drawbacks, but it does come in handy."

She blushed at the compliment. "And thank you."

"Right now...you have a light purple color around you, because you are intrigued. Though there is a hint of blue, as well."

Eli turns back to her, suddenly worried again that he might have hurt her feelings.

"No, not at all! I just...thought you might have figured it out beforehand. I did not mean to make you uncomfortable by admitting an attraction to you." Eli says.

"I am still new to the complicated dance that men and women perform when meeting and finding each other interesting. I will make many missteps, so I hope you do not think ill of me if I do." Eli smiles.

Her face was going to stay a permanent shade of red, she had decided.

"No, you haven't made me uncomfortable at all!" She said, holding up her hands. "I am very bad at figuring out if men find me attractive. If I hadn't taken off my sunglasses, I probably wouldn't have figured it out at all unless you told me outright."

She smiled, playing with a loose strand of her hair. "I am not very good at either, I am afraid, Eli." She said. "I've never been very good at flirting or anything really related to that."

"Join the club. I'm still terrible at it." Eli says, laughing a little.

"I know a bit more than I did months ago, before I began my adventures, but I am no...Lothario. Is that what they call it?" Eli asks.

He pauses a moment to collect his thoughts.

"Only foolish men do not find a woman like you attractive. You are intelligent, kind, you love to read and you can carry on a conversation. A wise man would do what he had to in order to remain in your company." Eli says.

"I would like to know more about you, sometime, if you will allow it, Luna. Perhaps we could have that tea we discussed earlier, sometime?" he asks.

"You are doing fine," Luna said. "At least, I think so."

She smiled at him, trying very hard not to let her face get any redder.

"You are very kind, Eli. And...I do not know why any woman would not find you attractive."

Nope, she was never going to stop blushing. He probably thought there was something wrong with her.

"I...would really like that, Eli." She said, smiling at him.

Eli lets out the breath that he didn't even realize he was holding. She said yes to tea with him. He wasn't sure if that could be called a date, but he would take it.

"Excellent." he smiles, his grin stretching from ear to ear.

"When would you like to go? And where? We can have tea in London if it pleases you. Or down the street at the Coffee Bean, if you wish." Eli says.
