Team-Building Exercise.
"Yes, Kenishi-san," Amiko said on the phone. "He seems to be settling in as best he can. No, I haven't had much chance to see him in action yet. We're going to work on that. Yes, Kenishi-san. Ryota's transfer has gone smoothly. Do not worry; I will not, as Logan-sama would not, hesitate to tell him to 'quit his bitchin' if necessary." Amiko pauses to listen for a time after that. "...Yes, sir. Why do you ask? No, I have left that, for the most part, to Kikuya-san. Excellent. Then we are agreed, Kenishi-san. Thank you. I'm going to hang up now."
And she did. Amiko was grateful Mr. Kenishi hadn't used the video communication system. Her hair looked atrocious. After working on that for a few minutes, getting it out of the way, Amiko went to round up the five members of the team available so far.

	Hajime is easy to find - he's already in the training facilities, and, according to the time log, has been since dawn. He's currently working on his normal morning exercise - drawing his sword 1,000 times, starting his count over any time a draw falls short of perfection, trying to be no kinder to himself in standards of perfection than the kenku were. 	Grogg could be found very slowly and deliberately typing. The keyboard was already oversized, made just for him, but the process was one that required a lot of thought. This was the time of the day when, if he had nothing else to do, he was to write letters of apology. "And... Grogg... is... very...sorry... he... stomped... on... your... factory..." 	Ryota was in the kitchen taking apart and cleaning his guns while also counting up his current ammo reserves. All the while singing along to some trashy bubble gum pop song as he worked carefully on his guns. He liked being prepared for anything at a moment’s notice so to him this was very important.
