Team-Building Exercise.
"Yes, Kenishi-san," Amiko said on the phone. "He seems to be settling in as best he can. No, I haven't had much chance to see him in action yet. We're going to work on that. Yes, Kenishi-san. Ryota's transfer has gone smoothly. Do not worry; I will not, as Logan-sama would not, hesitate to tell him to 'quit his bitchin' if necessary." Amiko pauses to listen for a time after that. "...Yes, sir. Why do you ask? No, I have left that, for the most part, to Kikuya-san. Excellent. Then we are agreed, Kenishi-san. Thank you. I'm going to hang up now."
And she did. Amiko was grateful Mr. Kenishi hadn't used the video communication system. Her hair looked atrocious. After working on that for a few minutes, getting it out of the way, Amiko went to round up the five members of the team available so far.

"Oh please," Amiko tells Ryota. "Your issues have to be much more interesting before the medical plan shells out for psychiatric care."

Amiko goes to press buttons. "All right. Here are the rules. Everything Blue is an opponent which must be brought down. Everything in Yellow is an innocent who should not be harmed."

As she presses the button, three human-sized figures in yellow and one somewhat larger blue monster appear. Initially.

His profile and all the tests said nothing about superhuman speed. Nonetheless, a human being should not be able to move that fast.

Its not so much that he rises from his kneeling position, draws his sword then moves towards the scene then interposes himself between the monster and the most obviously feminine yellow figure and then brandishes the drawn sword threateningly - its more that all of these things simply happen in one motion.

	“Oh trust me they are a lot more interesting than that,” Ryota says, “Give me two minutes alone with the shrink and I’ll having him running out of the room screaming.” Ryota quickly pull out both guns and double taps the blue monster in the head with kinetic blasts. "Ease up, Grogg!" Amiko calls out quickly. He's using too much breath that close to the yellow figures and to Hajime.

The monster started to advance against Hajime before taking the shots to the head from Ryota. It wobbles woozily, but it doesn't fall down.

And soon, it's not alone. Kikuya will no doubt notice them coming from the ceilings. They look like large blue snowflakes... somehow sharp-edged, directed, and aimed for attack. And materializing behind the yellow figures, starting to weave between two of them, what looks like a large blue dragon -- of the long, flying variety -- made of ice.

Feeling the first hint of heat, Hajime grabs the yellow woman and somersaults under Grogg's assault, depositing the woman out of the way. Seeing the scene, if out of the corner of an eye, he races across the blue monster's field of vision, not to attack it, but to try and draw its assault away from his allies, dodging between strikes before he runs up part of one wall, slashing at one of the snowflakes.

	Ryota quickly starts alternating shots at all blue monsters while being careful not to hit any of the yellow people all the while dodging the blue flakes falling at him. It really was an impressive sight. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Grogg cut his flame breath attack and moved to protect the yellow figures from the next wave of attack, standing in front of them with his shell to the attack. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The treacherous snowflakes move Kikuya to action and with a flick of her wrist, her fan comes out before she leaps into the air, slashing away at them whilst delicately missing each of the yellow figures. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The snowflakes split at the various attacks. The first blue monster is starting to fall to its knees from the gunfire, but still reaching towards Hajime. Amiko gets a few heat darts going. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Hajime springs off of the wall he used to partly climb to reach the snowflake, turning to chop at the wrist reaching towards him as he falls and rolls. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Even as the various actions, including more heat-darts from Amiko, eradicate the snowflakes, Ryota's dodging will still come in hand as the tail of the dragon comes barrelling towards him.

"Good, Grogg. Aim for the head!" Amiko suggests.

The first blue monster eventually vanishes as its severed flailing becomes entirely useless.

The dragon remains, and the massive muscles in its serpentine flank wave back and forth until it surges to the right long enough to possibly knock Kikuya hard.

Hajime is a constant blur of motion - he was pretty sure he couldn't hurt the big monster, so he kept it distracted for Grogg, working right into disciplined teamwork. He managed to get a few snowflakes while he was at it.

He's tempted, for a moment, to try to go to Kikuya's rescue, instincts kicking in, but reminds himself she's no damsel, she's a hero as much as she is.
"Geisha-chan, look out!" he calls instead, before turning his attention to rescuing civilians and letting people do their jobs.
"Grogg san, if you turn your breath upwards, you could destroy many of these snowflakes at once without hurting anyone!"

	Ryota dodges by jumping over the swinging tail in a back flip all the while still shooting at the neck of the dragon till his guns clicked empty. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The monster does in fact strike Kikuya but even though it is a hit, it works to her advantage as she cuts deeply into its leg with her fan before rolling away, quickly up on her feet again. From the folds of her kimono, she pulls out a second fan. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The breath is very effective. The room seems to run out of its remaining snowflakes. The dragon's taking some heavy hits, and it's still somewhat distracted from its primary attackers by the man with the sword running around. It manages, however, to finally turn, limping vastly unbalanced between its leg and its neck injuries, towards the geisha. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
