Ohu sighs happily as he drops a bag of groceries on the counter and begins to unpack it.

"Well! That was quite an adventure retrieving groceries, was it not, Syd?" He smiles to his shopping companion. "Purchasing groceries doesn't always involve armed robbers in the store, nor a naked prophet running through the streets, nearly causing accidents, to warn us of a 'clothing armadeggon.'" He grins. "I suppose we are just lucky. Though he seemed to be unaware that Armageddon isn't an event, but a location..."

Life was certainly more annoying with Ohu around, but (and she would never admit it to anyone) it was also a touch more interesting. At the very least, as the granddaughter of Loki, she could appreciate the presence of a Trickster god.

"Thine father wilt not be pleased, when he discovers thine deception," she pointed out. "Thou willst need greater trickery the next time."

Indeed, methinks Mr. Stark shouldst be petitioned to add a staff of chefs here... if thou think'st it mayst help convince him, I couldst volunteer to travel east and persuade him myself."
The thought of any of them coming back indeed might well convince him to sign a check to prevent it.

He pauses, considering that a few moments and regarding the woman before he does what is probably the entirely unexpected. He crouches to one knee in front of Sydney, and lowers his head.

"Lady Sydney, for all thou dost here, thou hast the thanks of Halbjorn Thorsson, childe of the bear and the raging storm, and such a gift ist not given lightly. I knowst from mine own mother how difficult 'tis to look after warriors... and we hath been sprung 'pon thee. If thee, or thy child hast need of /anything/ within mine power, it shalt be thine to ask."
