The sun was starting to sink on the Western horizon and into the Pacific Ocean as another day was ending. A few miles south of 1800 Palos Verdes Drive the ground erupted in a spray of dirt. One by one soldiers came forth from the ground. Some were Spartans, some were Roman legionnaires, and some were Norsemen. A total of three thousand eventually stood in the dying light. They moved into formation and started marching.

Griffen frowns. "I think I have some extra shield generators I can grab. They're not as good as my primary ones but the should be able to provide you and the kids with some extra defense."

He is rambling and knows it but is moving to go back to his work bench. It isn't far from here and why hadn't he thought of this before? He is back quickly with just enough. "They should help if anything pops out at us. I'm not sure what the damage threshold for them is but you shouldn't be in that kind of danger."

	Ohu grins. Time for a little extra help. Those approaching the lab from the outside will not see the door. Instead, it will appear as though the walls of the hall are the face of a demon, with the door shifting into its mouth. The demon licks its lips. It just ate several children. 	Ohu wishes he could say how much he loves that movie. Instead, he just grins widely, and, once Simon and Ohu step out of the lab/demon's mouth, leaving the children in the safe lab, Ohu shifts to look exactly like Arruhar, the primary demon villain from the referred movie... complete with fake CGI appearance. Let them get a little closer. Simon punches through the wall and grabs a water pipe. The effect is dramatic as water quickly floods the room. On set, he had to time this right so the effects guys didn't get fried when Simon's character, Frank the roadhouse priest, had his moment of divine whatever.

3...2...1...

He doesn't have to project any sort of current in his ion form, but sometimes it's the right thing to do.

	Holy crap that worked. Griffen almost clapped but ....didn't. He was in awe then jumped and propelled himself up high in the air. Damn it his shoes were not going to be happy. He felt a bubble form from the kinetic discharge created by him jumping, he'd figure something out. He was watching for the demons now as he arched back down from the sky. 	Griffen almost mistakes Ohu for a demon. But he is now on the ground and running back to help. Ohu doesn't know how to fly, does he? Griffen doesn't either but hours of Ace Combat has to count for something. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Reaching the Quinjet, Ohu runs to the front of the cockpit, throwing himself into the pilot's seat and randomly flipping switches. He can use magic to make it work, but he has to make it look good, after all. The engine of the Quinjet starts, and Ohu smiles widely. (Reply to this)(Parent)
