Attack of the Cyborg-alien-dinosaur-ninja-priates with lazer eyes from space (Open)
It was a quiet misty morning in New York City. Thus far nothing to out of the normal had happen but the day was still young.

Then a loud roaring like thunder came from the sky as a burning and crashing spaceship headed towards the center of Central Park.

A loud boom struck through the entire city as the ship crashed in the park leaving a big crater. Then the crew of the ship began to make there way out of the wreckage of the ship.

"Extinct? Ha! I've started and won more wars than you puny local." This time rockets emerge from his cybernetics and make their way towards Kelly. "And Tim is my pet! Don't ya dare hurt him. He may be as annoying as hell and make me want to drown him daily, but he's damn useful when you need it."

Tim is hit in one wing, and starts smoking as he hits the ground, all while still screeching at Kelly.

Ok, only so much she can do with high explosives. This is going to suck. Kelly dives, riding out the shockwave as the rockets go off as best she can, ending up skidding along the ground. She's a bloody mess when she gets back up - and looks pissed.

No, its not because of the explosive. More of a close up than she'd intended, but those are in good fun.

"Wait? How many? Because if you're too far ahead, I need to go destabilize the middle east more or something." she replies, lobbing a plasma grenade towards the rocket launcher barrel.

Oh this local could take a beating. "I lost count, we hit the uranium numbers a while ago," he grinned, not knowing what the local term for the same thing would be. Everyone had uranium, should be pretty common he'd think. Hell, they sold it by the bucket load on the last planet.

"But you're a war monger? Well this'll be fun. The last one wasn't as good at taking a beating. How about this?" With that he lunges, giant teeth bared, ready to take a chunk out of her.

She wonders if he's heard the tale of Fenris... and is talking about how well she can take a beating. Time to show off.

Pretending some kind of fear, she throws a hand up to protect herself, arm going into its mouth and beaing sheared off near the elbow.

Pity that he hand had a napalm round in it when he did that.

"The bookkeeper died 6 crash landings ago. Sensitive dino that one. Didn't need one anyone I say."

Triumphantly he rips her arm off and is about to spit it out when the burning begins. He might be a zombie dinosaur but damn did that hurt. His entire head is seared, some flesh dripping off now as he roars in pain. Soon it's clear that what survived of that head was the cybernetic parts, of which this dino seemed to have a lot of.

"Why you..." There's a deafening roar and he charges again, whatever weapons he has intact shooting at her, and even Tim manages to pick himself for a low flying attack, frantically flapping his injured wing.

No heavy artillery, her rifle requires two hands, her pistols won't do a lot against heavy cyber that survives napalm, and she's out of napalm... and a little distracted because OH MY GOD, CYBERNETIC LASER DINO IS AWESOME!

Still, what survival instinct there is kicks in as she runs down her list of armaments. Figuring that the dino will be loathe to hurt its pet too much, she races directly at Tim, diving and rolling last second towards the side with the injured wing, figuring she can get the giant lizard parrot to crash if she can get it to bank too hard. She'll figure out the laser dino when she has a second to think.

"Just look at it this way, now you'll never be able to stop smelling the napalm in the morning. Lucky guy."

	If she'd ask he'd also mention he was a space pirate to boot. But he doesn't look like he's in the mood for question period. Her quip only gets a mindless roar as he's still charging straight at her, not noticing poor Tim crashing right in his path until it's nearly too late to stop. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

She manages to roll with the impact enough to only be smashed brutally aside, rather than get crushed. That's ok, those cracked ribs? totally superfluous.

And while the pair of them might manage to stop before its entirely too late, the goop grenade she tosses into their midst - inspired by the F.N.G. and his webbing thingies - should ensure they end up a little more entangled anyway to help buy her some time to maneuver.

	The T-Rex tries to slow down but he still crashes into poor Tim just as the goop grenade goes off, and in a typically well aimed way, manages to attach the parrot-lizard in a goop ball to the T-rex's face, blinding him. In a confused rage he fires off more lasers at random and violently shakes his head, trying to get the goopy Tim off his face. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

This is where all that freerunning practice is really going to come in handy. Kelly darts forward when he's blinded, trying to leap onto the tail, run up it to the first spinal ridge, leap off that, and otherwise work her way up a living, thrashing obstacle course to get up to the neck.

"Sorry big guy - but with you nomming my arm off, I couldn't figure out how else to shoot and give you the bird at the same time."

	As he feels his opponent run up his back he begins to thrash even more violently, now trying to get her off along with the Tim goop. Insane bull riding had nothing on this. With a roar he tries throwing himself on the ground to roll around, hoping to crush her. It might be very hard to get up after but he needed her off him. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Stop drop and roll. Good for being set on fire. Also good for sociopath assassin emergencies. Kelly is dashed to the ground hard, and only barely dives away to avoid being crushed.

On the upside for her, she was trying to get to the exposed cybernetics on his head - and now he's put them more in reach.

Her conventional weaponry might not do a lot - but when in doubt, C4. The stuff isn't dangerous, really, when burnt, dropped, kicked, shot... but electricity is an issue. A big issue. Normally she has to set a detonator and timer and all - but right now, she figures something in all that cyberware might be electrified.

Downside - if so, she has a front row seat.

	He can't see what's going on at all, and it doesn't occur to him that she might use his precious cybernetics against him. But they certainly do the job. Anyone nearby better move out of the way because this dino's head is set to blow. Right away. Poor Tim. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Kelly is more than a little cooked herself. Its quite possible she even died there in the explosion, for a few seconds. She's certainly missing... hmm... she takes a bit of inventory as she wakes up, then works on sitting up... several teeth, one eye, two fingers and half of a third, and there's something dug into at least two organs.

Man she loves C4.

And better - Tim now comes pre-cooked.
