It was a day full of meetings and scheduled phone calls. As always. Anya looked at the clock and had twenty minutes before her next meeting. Just enough time to head down to the cafeteria and grab something to eat. She was starving and needed some caffeine. She had too much blood in her caffeine stream. She hated it when that happened.

She stood up and left the office heading for the cafeteria.

Martin just blinks at Manny's roar. That had surprised him. Though he thinks Manny will feel bad about this later, still, nothing could be done about that now. He barely gives Adrienne a glance but catches her up on the situation telepathically. Not that there was much they knew so far.

The cloaking spell would be good for another couple of minutes. He couldn't time freeze Anya while Manny was tackling her since he'd hit Manny with it too. In fact, as long as Manny was grappling with her it limited most of his spells. A sigh seems to come from empty air and Martin instead focuses on creating a barrier around the area to prevent any escape attempts from Anya and keep most of the damage in.

	Anya routed more energy into the suit and increasing the amount of strength it provided. With it up at full power, she tried to break free of Manny's grasp. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Now that Manny is in a way giving him a clear shot, Martin can target his time freeze spell at Anya alone. He mouths the incantation and a characteristic blue seal might appear on the Boss before spreading across her to stop her in time. He hopes Manny can keep a hold of her so the spell targets properly.

I'm trying to freeze her. Can someone knock her out please if it works? That's only going to last a few minutes

Well, this had gotten... interesting. She had heard, of course, of American super-teams who spent a great deal of time fighting with themselves, and she had even seen some signs of it with this team, especially between Martin and Jack. But she had not expected to be witness to something like this.

Lacking the offensive capabilities to hurt a power-armor user, Adrienne instead focused on staying out of the line of fire.

	Manny struggles to hold Anya in place, that suit gave her more power that he thought. So out of desperation, Manny latched around her and went dead-weight, forcing her to compensate for his considerable bulk and weight. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Martin focuses on keeping the spell up. If he did that it'd last longer, though he knows this isn't a solution. He can redo the spell every few minutes but it wasn't going to solve the problem and would be taxing on his concentration which meant eventually there'd be a slip up.

His cloaking spell fades and for the first time this fight, Martin is visible to all of them. I don't know, this is the first super-team I've been on. Anyone going to knock her out? Just so you know, I can't do healing spells so...yeah. And now would be a good time you know....

"Just keep her still a little longer." Kelly responds, bolting back towards her room for some of her infiltration tools and an EMP grenade.

"Need to make sure her countermeasures are down, with her frozen like that, she shouldn't be able to respond fast enough." she continues, as she's working on gathering everything to test to make sure she's getting the right readings for the EMP to even work.

"And yes, this happens all the time. We have a rotating attempted homicide cycle. Next Tuesday is Manny's turn."

"She can't respond at all," Martin corrects with a frown. Time freeze meant time stopped, even if the basic spell would last only a few minutes even if he didn't do anything. He could extend it a bit with some concentration but it was more reliable, if risky, to just put a new one on.

Since he's got a minute or so before he needs to do that, a small blue disc is conjured up near Bea for her to use as a support or hand up if she wants to stand. Still, he hopes the others hurry it up a bit.
