Work Therapy (open)
Tim had taken a week off after he had been rescued and it helped clear his head. He had argued that he was fine and wanted to get back in the lab, but they forced him to take a week off. As soon as he was allowed back in his lab he got back to work. Work was the best way for him to deal with what happened and to move on.

He /did/ have a lot to catch up on and had eagerly thrown himself at it.

	She lifted the glass in salute of his words. She would never want him to be any different. "I love you, Tim. You're family. 	Sammy sat through several sips of her beer. In the back of her head she imagine Tim getting up and leaving, and the idea that she could lose him was not one she cared to examine. But she would never lie to him. "Would it make it easier if I had myself transferred to another duty post for the summer?" A couple of months away would be a small thing if it helped him. Sammy did adore the big teddy bear. A part of her wished she could forget he was her best friend and be more. She was happy in her current understanding with Power. Tim deserved somebody who could be 100% what he wanted.

Maybe she'd talk with the deputy director about a summer detail to another office anyway.

"Maybe it'll happen. I have hope. Do you want another beer?"
