Keeping Traditions
There were traditions around the holidays and then there were traditions. One such tradition on New Year's Day was a snowball fight at Xavier's Institute For Higher Learning. Each New Year's Day the students and faculty gathered on the front lawn and participated in a snowball fight. Snow was never a problem with the resident weather goddess and in later years hydrokinetics.

A fresh blanket of snow covered the ground thanks to Mother Nature.

High noon struck and the snowball fight was officially under way.

	Misha's snowball made contact with Lyta's stomach. "oof!" Then Gsbriel's made solid contact with her shoulder blade. "Oh it is on," she said, swooping down to gather more snowballs, before flying back up in the air, pelting two at Gabriel and then sending another two aimed at Misha and Corey. "Huh?" Gabriel didn't rightfully know what happened when both of lyta's snowballs got him. One on the back of the head, and the othe right between the wings. He looked around and spotted Lyta, and he chuckled. He quickly dove back to the ground and landed near Cait. His wings beat hard at the ground to throw snow in her direction. He flew back up when he was done with a few snowballs in hand.
