Morning in the City
He has Zoey up and dressed, the rest of this should be easy. Nice smile, lots of non-acting. He can do this. So when he barges into Syd's room with a huge kid grin on his face all of it is for real.

"Come on, Sydney! Up and Adam!"

	The other mother took a step back after Syd's shouting. There was the usual bluster of parents trying to insist on their kid's innocence and then there were pissed off parents. "Oh, right." She was a normal human and tended to see everyone else that way until they were actually doing something unique. Even the godlings looked normal and acted, well close to normal, until they lifted something impossibly heavy or do something that would injure a normal human.

Syd picked Zoey up, being extra careful of her hurt arm, and then nodded to Simon. "We're ready."
