another question: im considering getting a tatoo on my ankle, or hip.

if i get a tattoo on my hip, though, in the future if i get pregnant, will my tattoo stretch and ruin?

i want my tattoo to be small, and somewhere that can be hidden.. any ideas? and least painful place possible! lol thanks ♥

First, I wouldnt mind knowing what kind of tattoo, Flower? Stars? You know. Once I have that, I can give advice. =)
Hip is pretty painful though.

my friend said her hip didn't hurt, but she regrets getting it there because i think they do stretch once you get pregnant, although i don't know first hand, so that's just what i've heard. try getting it like the middle of your back like the upper part towards your neck, or you can try getting it towards the sides of one of your shoulder, that will be pretty much hidden all the time unless your wearing a bathing suit, your ankle will show if your wearing capris, or shorts or something, and it's a sensitive area, but it didn't hurt me and i have no threshold for pain! hope that helped :] ♥

not hip it hurts like a mother.
but it's a good hiding place.
but then again it will stretch when you get pregnant I'm fully expecting that =]

Really? I've gotten both of mine on my hips, and they didn't hurt at all.

To the OP, it's really easy to hide hip tattoos. I've had my first one hidden for a little over two years now.

my mom has a tat on her belly & she's been pregnant 4 times, & yes it stretches but only when you're pregnant.
it goes back to normal afterwards.

at least it did with my mom.
but if you get a gut, your stomach will stretch & so will your tat, it's not like it's permanently stretched out & your stomach is flat?
that would be odd, i'd actually like to see that one.

I heard if you get it on joints, like your ankle it'll prolly fade sooner because of the movement. unless you get it up an inch or two from your actual ankle bone

as long as you keep it moist like with lotion and stuff, it will stretch with the body and after your pregnancy it will go back to normal.
